I invite you to a unique week of yoga on the beautiful island of Crete to regenerate your body and mind, take care of your health and feel better than ever. Who doesn’t need a break from everyday life, from work, from family, from stress overload, from constant stress? How to face the summer season feeling good? Approaching life with yourself at the center, finding time for deep rest to truly and fully regenerate and feel your best.

Join me and treat yourself to a week of yoga in Crete. This week you will slow down and disconnect from the world for 6 days in the beautiful Greek setting, the beaches, the Mediterranean Sea, the peace and the wilderness of the spectacular southern coast of Crete. You will relax physically and mentally and feed on freshly prepared local and seasonal foods. You will be immersed and guided in a daily routine
yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, songs, silent walks, relaxation. Two hearty meals a day of local healthy vegetarian food, herbal tea and cool drinks.

Yoga classes take place on the patio every morning and evening to the sound of the sea and birds. After the delicious brunch, you can take a dip in the sea with a short trip to the beach, explore the surrounding area or maybe just relax in our
delightful Casa Doria, our family for a week. All levels are welcome, everyone will benefit from the natural environment that we will share together in these days.

Limited seats. Cost includes morning and evening yoga sessions, rich brunch and dinner.

By booking a room we kindly ask you for a deposit of 40% and the rest you pay upon arrival.

4 – 5:30 Yin yoga / asana workshop / sound bath
6 – 7 Dinner nice patio
9 – 9:30 Kirtan / meditation / relax
